1. The Coffin House tidak menjual kebun, melainkan hanya akan menerapkan slot tanaman yang tergantung dengan lokasi tempat tinggal.

Slot tanaman stafF:

Room type Sreden:
• 2 tanaman biasa
• 3 tanaman gantung

Room type Golem:
• 5 tanaman biasa
• 6 tanaman gantung

Slot tanaman murid, 2 tanaman biasa dan 1 tanaman gantung

2. Kebun untuk tanaman yang dijual akan dikelola oleh @DSA_Coffin sehingga pelanggan hanya membeli tanaman saja beserta pot maupun alat lain untuk menunjang perawatan tanaman.

3. Tanaman dijual bersamaan dengan potnya, tidak dijual terpisah.

4. Mengganti pupuk dilakukan sebulan sekali dengan membeli pupuk sesuai dengan kategori tanamannya dan untuk murid melakukan plot perawatan tanaman maksimal 5 reply, bukan one liner per tweetnya.**

5 Penempatan Tanaman:
Tanaman bisa di letakkan di hunian / kamar masing-masing karena menggunakan pot sehingga tidak memerlukan lahan luas.

`Perawatan Tanaman`

Tanaman dari pot kecil saat tanaman sudah tumbuh dan berbuah/berbunga. Akan ada pengumuman dari akun Coffin and Clinic untuk tanaman apa yang bisa dilakukan perawatan, agar tetap bisa disimpan di apartemen.
Waktu perawatan tanaman untuk tanaman dari pot kecil adalah 4 bulan dan 5 bulan untuk tanaman pot sedang. Untuk tanaman gantung bisa di panen / di potong dalam waktu 4 bulan sekali
Hasil perawatan adalah 25% dari harga beli tanaman
